Livingstone College had a great kids gathering today at their Radio Station, FM 107.1. The children ranged in age from 4-15. It was well planned, and everyone seemed to really enjoy themselves. 

Project Light Rowan was invited to speak to the older children about Human Trafficking. We asked the kids if they knew the Help Me hand sign. Many knew and displayed the sign. Very encouraging. We also discussed the Do’s and Don’ts to protect ourselves from the trafficking perpetrators. 

Finally, we discussed the dangers of the internet and how and why to be careful. 

Project Light Rowan gave the children a gift package which included a toothbrush. We suggested that when they brush their teeth, they think about brushing off all the websites suspected of being harmful.
